That work ethic was instilled in him from a young age; he was barely tall enough to handle a push mower when he started mowing lawns for his neighbors and later spent countless hours helping his father, a mechanic, work on vehicles in the family garage and helping out on the farm next door, doing whatever was needed to help his family put food on the table. These experiences reinforced the principles of hard work, honesty, and service that have guided his life.

 

Steve’s deep-rooted connection to the area is more than just a matter of geography. As a devoted husband, father and grandfather he has raised his family and built his life in this community. His personal experience living and working primarily in the Three Rivers Health District, combined with the presence of three children and three grandchildren, led him to recognize the significance of the number three in his life. This solidified his belief that it should be a key part of his business name:

While working as an employee for another local drilling company, Steve put in the long hours required to receive his license, all the while dreaming of one day opening his own business. Now, after years of hard work and dedication, that dream has become a reality. He’s grateful for this opportunity and is committed to making an honest living for his family by providing the honest, professional, and affordable service his neighbors and community deserve.

 

During his tenure with the other company, Steve drilled countless wells across the eastern Middle Peninsula, within the Three Rivers Health District and surrounding counties, gaining an intimate knowledge of the region. He noticed that many of his neighbors, friends and family were being overcharged and underserved and decided to change that, drawing on his extensive experience and hands-on skills to launch his own business.

 

The business has been built on word-of-mouth recommendations, a testament to his integrity and commitment. Now, with a growing list of satisfied customers, Steve is taking the next big step for his company and his community: purchasing his first drill rig.
